See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
A well-managed classic old Cotswold village pub, with rambling rooms, perfectly conditioned ales and a warm welcome. Popular with locals and visitors alike, the building dates from the 17th century and the comfortable décor with lots of cosy nooks gives it a relaxed ambience. The traditional pub food is sourced locally. Of special note are the double garden and terrace with boules pitches as well as a skittle alley and other pub games.
